Vectors/factors Envt: column (factor) to represent environment (e.g. location-year combinations). Geno: column (factor) to represent the genotype . Preparing the file: There are following 4 places of inputting information from your side. 1. First Input: List the name/header of the column of means for the variables you wish to analyze ; the whole list (items separated by commas) should be within single quotes for example: ' MnGYield, MnBYield ' 2. Second Input: List the name/header of the column of standard errors of the above means ; the whole list (items separated by commas) should be within single quotes for example: ' SemGYield, SemBYield ' 3. Third input: list all the variables in the data file to read; the whole list (items separated by commas) should be within single quotes. for example: ' Envt, Geno, MnYield, SEmYield' 4. Fourth input: place the columns of the data exactly in the same order as in the Second input (Step 3) Warning: a. Please do not put any column of text values. b. Variables for analysis are in Step 1, so thay must be exactly same as in Step 3, where they are being read for storing data values d.
