You are expected to provide values of the parameters required for generating randomised plans in 
 Split-plot experiments in complete blocks for evaluating two treatment-factors, one in main-plots (e.g. Date of planting), 
 the other in sub-plots (e.g.  genotypes).

  You will provide scalar values of the following parameters:

 Number of independent randomizations of the design (one independent randomization per site-year combination)
 Number of levels of the treatment-factor assigned to the main-plots (e.g. main-plot factor)
 Number of levels of the treatment-factor assigned to the sub-plots (e.g. sub-plot factor)
 Number of replications

 This  file contains values of the parameters to generate
        2  - randomizations for a split-plot experiment in an RCBD with
        4 - levels of the treatment-factor assigned to the main-plots
        5 - levels of the treatment-factor assigned to the sub-plots
